Renting and letting on the Montenegrin coast

Demand on the coast is strongly seasonal: summer weeks book early, while long stays from autumn to spring suit a different kind of tenant — families relocating, remote workers, owners renting while they buy. We list both, and we are clear with owners about which one their property is suited to.

For tenants we check that what is advertised matches the property, agree the terms in writing — rent, deposit, utilities, what is included — and handle the handover and check-out. For owners we prepare the listing, qualify tenants, and explain what applies to letting in Montenegro: short-term stays have their own registration and tourist-tax rules, and rental income is taxed — the tax guide sets out the rates with sources.

Letting is also how many buyers first get to know a place. If a rental turns into a purchase, the same office handles it.
