- Asansör: the elevator manufacturer is the renowned company OTIS. The elevator, with direct access to all levels,  is equipped with a fire door and a video intercom with enabled contact to all apartments. Apartment owners will have a Hands-free card to enter from the garage into the apartment. The same card automatically unlocks the front door of the building and the interior door of the garage. The elevator shaft is provided with sensors for the detection of CO2, smoke and flood. In case of harmful gas or smoke presence of in the elevator shaft, the alarm system activates the fan on the roof of the elevator shaft, thus preventing the entry of harmful gases.
