Construction of the villa has been a starting point and it enabled the creation of the most exclusive  settlement of luxury villas built in Italian Palazzo style. The settlement has access to two beaches, within 250m radius. Distance to Budva is 12km, to Petrovac 3km, while airport Tivat is 35km away.
