Complex of houses for reconstruction on the first line to the sea in Prcanj, Kotor.

The houses are located on separate plots, with a total area of 2,548 m2, and occupy a total area of 2,490 m2. The number of stories is ground floor + first floor + second floor + attic.

Three auxiliary buildings have a total area of 108 m2.

There is a long strip of moorings and ponta in front of each house.

According to the urban-technical conditions, the reconstruction of the existing facilities with the purpose of hotel units is planned.

The houses were built at the beginning of the 20th century in the area where the older buildings of the residential complex existed.

Distance from the Old Town of Kotor is 5 km and 12 km from the airport in Tivat.
